Definitely not a deal breaker, just an observation. One item that I would point out was that sometimes there was a slight smell to the water due to the water being from a well. The other two days were below normal temperatures and a little chilly but of you bundles up it was still enjoyable. Two of our days were absolutely beautiful fall days.
There is a trail behind the resort that was nice to hike on. Bikes provided by the resort or walking was relaxing on the lake shore road. The grounds are beautiful! The resort is outside Saugatuck and the lake shore road is primarily residential. The breakfast options were delicious! In the king room there were two swivel chairs with an end table that allowed us to bring food back to our room to eat when we wanted. The resort had breakfast items that you could order each morning and then deliver to your room at your selected time. Upon arrival in our room, the window had been left open to allow for fresh air and there was a slightly citrus disinfecting scent. Our room had an amazing view of the lake! This trip was perfect during Covid. My husband and I stayed here for four nights the week of October 12th.
